Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 9, 2026.

This policy covers the Landstats apps for Android, iPhone and Mac and landstats.app, which are made by SYSTEMS OF RECORD LLC ("we").

What we keep

We may save the search queries you type in Landstats — the addresses, owner names, and APNs you look for — and use them for analytics, to understand and improve search. They are stored as aggregated, de-identified query text.

If you choose to sign in

Landstats works without an account, and nothing below applies unless you sign in. Signing in is optional and exists for one purpose: so your subscription, saved parcels and notes can reach a second device.

When you sign in with Google, Apple or an email address, we keep the identifier that provider gives us for you and, where the provider shares it, your email address. We keep a list of the devices signed in to the account — the device model and when it was last seen — so you can see and remove them. Saved parcels, parcel notes and note photos you create while signed in are stored with the account so they can reach your other devices. We use this information only to run the account: to recognise you when you sign in on another device, to show you which devices are signed in, and to carry your subscription and notes between them. We do not use it for advertising and we do not share it with anyone.

We keep account information for as long as the account exists. You can delete the account at any time from inside the app (Settings ▸ Account ▸ Delete account), which removes it and everything it holds immediately, or request deletion if you no longer have the app.

What we do not keep

Beyond those queries and, if you sign in, the account information above, we do not collect or keep any personal information. We do not ask for your name or phone number. We do not track your location, your device, or your browsing history. Parcel data itself comes from public records, and a shared-parcel link contains only a parcel identifier — nothing about you.
