The Landstats Property App

Be out standing in your field.

160 million+ US parcel boundaries drawn over satellite imagery. Start where you are standing, or search by address, owner, or APN — then tap a parcel for its full record.

What it looks like

iPhone and Android run the same maps, the same records, and the same field tools.

Parcel boundaries drawn over satellite imagery
Boundaries over satellite imagery, wherever you are.
Parcels shaded green through brown by relative elevation
Terra Firma shades parcels by elevation — low ground green-blue, high ground brown.
A selected parcel with a compact action sheet
Tap any parcel for the quick sheet, and share it from there.
Expanded parcel record showing grouped attribute fields
Expand for the full record — roughly 90 fields, grouped.

Everything you need on the lot

  • Search four ways at once

Address, owner name, APN, and your saved parcels — merged into one list and ranked by distance from where you are. Searching is always free.

  • Works without a signal

Tiles you have browsed stay cached for a week and viewed records for months, so areas you have already visited keep working out of range.

  • Notes, photos, dictation

Attach typed or spoken notes and photos to any parcel, then export the lot as CSV or GeoJSON.

  • Walk the line in AR

Line View stands the boundary up as a low wall through your camera, with a marker at every surveyed corner.

  • Terra Firma elevation

Rank every parcel in view by relative elevation to read how the ground actually lies before you walk it.

  • Free to start

Ten full parcel records free, then Landstats Pro is $7 a month or $50 a year for 1,000 records a month. Map browsing and search are never metered.

Sharing a parcel

Every parcel has a link. Send it to anyone — the app opens on their phone with that exact parcel already selected.

  1. Tap Share

Open a parcel in Landstats and tap Share. You get a link like landstats.app/share/<id>.

  2. Send it anywhere

Messages, email, Slack — it is an ordinary web link and travels like one.

  3. It opens the parcel

With Landstats installed, the link opens the app and flies the map to that parcel. Without it, they land on a download page.

Not installed yet? A share link still works — it shows a page with the parcel identifier and a download button, and once the app is installed the same link opens it directly.
