Delete your account

Landstats works without an account. Signing in is optional, and it exists for one reason: so your subscription, saved parcels and notes can reach a second device. If you signed in and want that account gone, here is how, and here is exactly what happens.

From inside the app

On any device where you are signed in — iPhone, iPad, Mac or Android — open Settings ▸ Account ▸ Delete account and confirm. The deletion is immediate. You do not need to contact anyone, and there is no waiting period.

If you no longer have the app

Write to support@landstats.app with the subject Delete my Landstats account, from the email address on the account (the one you signed in with, or the address of the Google or Apple account you used). We confirm the request by replying to that address, then delete the account within 30 days. We cannot act on a request from a different address, because the address is the only way we have of knowing the request is yours.

What is deleted

Everything the account holds, on every device that was signed in to it: the account itself, the sign-in identities linked to it (your email address, or the identifier your Google or Apple account gave us), the list of devices, and all saved parcels, parcel notes and note photos that belonged to the account. None of it is recoverable afterwards.

What is not deleted

Your subscription. Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play — the stores manage those, and only you can cancel one. Do that in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings; deleting the account does not do it for you.

The app on your device. Each install of Landstats has its own anonymous credential that lets it load parcel data. That credential is not part of the account and stays on the device, so the app keeps working, signed out, exactly as it did before you ever signed in.

Aggregated search analytics. As the privacy policy describes, the search queries typed into the app may be kept in aggregated, de-identified form. They are not linked to an account and are not affected by deleting one.
